Followed a recommended tutorial, Lucid Light's (Eli Vokonuova's) Underwater Apophysis Fractal Tutorial https://www.deviantart.com/lucid-light/art/Underwater-Apophysis-Fractal-Tutorial-692267637 and deviated a little bit from the structure with my own tweakings.
